We’ve done really well with these. Swallowing them is easy (they now go down two at a time alongside a probiotic of similar size). They don’t overdo anything, all the doses are what I would call good background quantities.
So even if not as many veg are being eaten each day as would be ideal, the vits and mins are not going short and there is enough of everything in the system to keep the metabolism functioning well and all the biochemical reactions happening that should be! Living in a city as we do with not that much sunlight and outdoors time in winter and constant pollution and the usual stresses of day to day life it is good to know that the Vit D, B complex, A C & E and so forth are well covered and backed up with micronutrients and no additives.
